Requirement

The ideal candidate will:

·         Be organized, independent, cheerful and punctual.

·         Be focused on customer service, be a people person and be polite.

·         Have team spirit.

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.

·         Being easily able to work in a computer-based environment.

·         DVS in sales or secretariat (an asset).

·         Good knowledge in using MS Office.

·         Very good level of bilingualism.

You will have 50% of the tasks dedicated to clerical tasks and 50% of the tasks will be for customer service/retention.

 

In detail:

·                 Answering current members’ questions and provide them relevant information.

·                 Handling calls and following-up on clients’ annual renewals and establishing a call-back schedule.

·                 Being part of and ensuring that members’ data bases are updated.

·                 Updating many data bases.

·                 Adequately following-up on files.

·                 Completing the following administrative tasks: registering data for reports, mail, billing, etc.

·                 Occasionally replacing the receptionist, if needed.

·                 Other related tasks.
