Day / 8 AM to 4:30 PM / 40 hrs per week.

The ideal candidate will:

-       At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

-       Bachelor’s degree in a related field of expertise.

-       Extensive knowledge in MS Office. (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

-       Extensive knowledge in Oracle (an asset).

-       Knowledge in the quality system.

-       Perfectly bilingual (English-French).

Our client is seeking someone to fill the position of supply and logistics agent for their Ville Saint-Laurent office.


Administrative tasks:


-       Review MRP reports related to the supply chain activities and take the measurements necessary for each report (i.e. review deadlines for the reports, ship the reports, reports of the order forms with promised dates, etc.).

-       Maintain continuous communication with the department staff to ensure that they understand the material and services.

-       Keep the supply computer files up to date in Oracle, like purchased articles and services, costs, schedules, the date of the suppliers’ commitment, accounting methods, delivery methods, comments, etc.

-       Plan the material for the components and specific materials purchased, manage the stock of the best materials and the shortages.

-       Follow-up on the basic supply to meet the delivery time by using the delivery report.

-       Work with the finances and suppliers for any invoice problems.

-       Work with the reception and suppliers for any receiving problems.

-       Oversee the NCM returns to know the appropriate actions required.

-       Manage deliveries to users.

-       Any other assigned tasks.
